Taste Bar

We select the season’s finest ingredients, most often from the bountiful sea. Smaksbar is meant to be informal, social, and open to anyone who wants to taste authentic, homemade food made from pure, high-quality ingredients. Each event focuses on a main ingredient, such as CRAYFISH+

Dinner is served at exactly 6:00 p.m., and the bar opens as early as 5:00 p.m.

• Avocado and Cucumber Salad with Lime and Yogurt Dressing
• Breakfast, baked goods, and whipped herb butter
• Lettuce leaves, lemons, and light chive mayonnaise
• Melon and Spinach Salad with Jalapeño and Passion Fruit Dressing

…half a kilo of crayfish is included; additional crayfish cost only 25,- each

This is going to be a wonderful evening here at Grans Villa , and the first tasting bar will open in the winter of 2027.
